Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or health care field is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in data management with 1 year leading projects.
• Extensive knowledge of paper CRF study systems, EDC, and hybrid CDM systems.
• Solid understanding of SOPs and regulatory practices in data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management projects with minimal supervision and drive delivery timelines.
• Oversee data management activities from study set-up to close-out and data validation.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure project success and strong relationships.
• Ensure adherence to GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations as applicable to DM.
• Mentor junior data managers and provide training resources and SOP updates.
