Job summary

ComPsych Corporation seeks a Senior Clinical Data Analyst to lead the development of clinical outcomes and client experience measurement, building scorecards, methodologies, and reporting infrastructure across global service lines. You will administer survey platforms, analyze trends, and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership and partners.

You will define calculation methods for outcomes like PHQ-9, GAD-7, CSAT, and NPS, and collaborate with clinical research to drive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in statistics, public health, psychology, data science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or data-driven quality improvement in clinical/behavioral health/healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data interpretation in applied research settings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI; SPSS or similar analytics platforms is a plus
  • Experience with survey platforms such as Alchemer or LimeSurvey, including survey build, logic/routing, and data export
  • Demonstrated ownership of deliverables from data collection through final reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Administer ongoing collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across domestic and global service lines
  • Build and maintain the survey platform(s) used to field outcomes and experience surveys, including survey construction, routing logic, and data integrity
  • Identify, gather, and consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified reporting structure
  • Define and build calculation methodologies for clinical outcome and experience measures
  • Design and develop scorecards and reporting frameworks to track clinical outcomes and client experience
  • Own and maintain a standard suite of recurring outcomes and experience reports
  • Analyze trends, anomalies, and insights across outcomes and experience measures to inform service delivery
  • Combine outcomes data with provider network data to identify performance gaps and drive improvements
  • Collaborate with the clinical research team on ad hoc projects and thought leadership
  • Support leadership in improving clinical workflows and driving operational efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned

About the Role

The Senior Clinical Data Analyst leads the development of ComPsych's clinical outcomes and client experience measurement program, building the scorecards, calculation methodologies, and reporting infrastructure that consolidate data from across the organization. This role administers the survey platform(s) used to collect that data, analyzes trends across outcomes and experience measures, and connects those findings to provider network performance to drive improvements in service quality. Working closely with the clinical research team and leadership, this role exercises discretion and independent judgment in translating clinical and operational objectives into actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities, and recommending improvements that influence clinical quality, service delivery, and ComPsych's demonstrated value to customers.

What You'll Do
  • Administer ongoing collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across ComPsych's domestic and global service lines, including international intake centers and global partners
  • Build and maintain the survey platform(s) used to field outcomes and experience surveys, including survey construction, routing logic, and data integrity
  • Identify, gather, and consolidate data from multiple, disconnected sources (e.g., client surveys, digital assessments, live intake assessment metrics) into a unified reporting structure
  • Define and build calculation methodologies for clinical outcome and experience measures (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, WOS, WAI, and Functioning for outcomes; CSAT and NPS for experience)
  • Design and develop scorecards and reporting frameworks to track clinical outcomes and client experience, where none currently exist
  • Own and maintain a standard suite of recurring outcomes and experience reports for clinical and operations leadership
  • Analyze trends, anomalies, and insights across outcomes and experience measures to inform service delivery, customer-facing impact reports, and strategic research questions related to behavioral health trends, service outcomes, or product development
  • Combine outcomes and experience data with provider network data (e.g., responsiveness, session patterns, assignment success rates, quality audits) to identify performance gaps and drive improvements in external network quality
  • Collaborate with the clinical research team on ad hoc research projects, white papers, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Support the leadership team in driving continuous improvement of clinical workflows and programs, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and clinical innovation using internal and industry benchmarks
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What We're Looking For

  • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events

Compensation and Benefits
  • Full benefits package, including Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, wellness program, and much more
  • The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
