Responsibilities

• Provides strategic business analysis to key stakeholders to understand business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and context.
• Reviews end-to-end business processes to identify risks in operations, finances and technology.
• Produces standardized complex utilization, cost, ROI, and other metrics to support dashboards.
• Creates ad-hoc analysis for standardized utilization and cost reporting as required.
• Identifies and stratifies chronic disease populations via claims, pharmacy and other data sources to support measurement activities.
• Develops program feasibility assessments and works with contracting staff to define performance metrics for contracts; pulls data with SAS/SQL/Excel/Access to analyze large datasets.
• Uses Microsoft tools to develop presentations for department administrators and hospital leadership.
• Provides project leadership and ownership of assigned subject areas.
