Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related fields or RN.
• Minimum 2 years in health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data preferred.
• 2 years in ECQM and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with little supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business/technical issues with the client.
• Collaborates with the client to understand business needs, scope, and deliverables.
• Leads ongoing interface with the client to develop analytic approaches.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Recommends processes to balance data needs with urgency and action.
• Develops BI reports for management and educates clients on data concepts.
