Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data analyst to manage multiple analytics projects remotely from Georgia. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in health fields or RN and at least two years in healthcare data.

Qualifications

• Understand registries and databases and identify data integrity issues using complex analysis.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to present findings to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with computer software tools and Windows OS; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business and technical issues with the client.
• Collaborates with the client to understand business needs, scope, and deliverables.
• Leads ongoing client interface to develop analytic approaches to requests.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Recommends processes balancing data needs with urgency and requirements.
• Integrates data from multiple sources into a single dataset for analysis.
• Develops reports using Business Intelligence tools for management actions.
