Precision Medicine Group is seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager to join our team. You will review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of agreements including confidentiality and clinical study agreements across APAC, setting contracting strategies aligned to study timelines.

The role emphasizes strong site budget negotiations, client-facing interactions, and collaboration with study teams in a CRO/life sciences environment. Remote work options and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate, postgraduate or 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating site CTAs and vendor contracts.
• Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
• Experience with APAC site contracting and budget negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and track clinical study agreements and amendments.
• Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects across APAC.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations study teams to align with timelines.
• Manage contract processes and client-facing communications.
