Job summary
FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Senior Clinical Consultant MI‑I to mentor clinical staff and lead Synapse projects across healthcare technology platforms. You’ll perform workflow analysis, CV report configuration, end-to-end testing, and provide on-site or remote training to physicians, technologists, and IT staff.
The role requires 5–10 years in medical technology or healthcare IT, with fluency in clinical workflows and strong communication.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in medical technology or healthcare IT.
- Experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products (SYNAPSE, PACS, CV, RIS, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to train and mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Serve as project lead consultant for customers and company teams.
- Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer sites.
- Provide feedback on equipment issues to multiple internal teams.
- Assess customer understanding to optimize on-site training and product operation.
- Deliver remote or on-site clinical support and testing for upgrades.
- Mentor MI-I and II clinicians; support TAC and clinical validations.
