Job summary

Good Samaritan Society - Mandan Sunset is seeking a Clinical Care Leader to provide individualized nursing care in the home setting using the nursing process and to collaborate with an inter-professional team. You will supervise unlicensed personnel, coordinate care, and document resident history and care per standards.

The role requires a BSN or equivalent, an active RN license in the state, and strong communication skills to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Two years' clinical experience preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with inter-professional team for planning and evaluation.
• Supervise unlicensed personnel and delegate nursing tasks.
• Document resident history, symptoms, medications and care in compliance with standards.
