Good Samaritan Society - Mandan Sunset is seeking a Clinical Care Leader (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process in a home setting within a faith-based, nonprofit environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an inter-professional team, documentation of resident data, and leadership within department initiatives. Strong communication, critical thinking and a current RN license are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or strongly preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate license may apply.
• BLS required.
• RAI process experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Collaborate with inter-professional team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Document resident history, symptoms, medications and care provided in accordance with standards.
• Utilize technology to enhance resident care and supervise unlicensed personnel.
• Assume nursing accountability for a resident assignment and participate in leadership tasks.
