Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the state; BLS required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on location.
• RAI process experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inter-professional team to plan and evaluate care.
• Document resident history, meds, and care in compliance with standards.
