Job summary

Good Samaritan Society - Mandan Sunset seeks a Clinical Care Leader (RN) to provide individualized nursing care in the home setting using the nursing process. You will collaborate with an inter-professional team, document care, and supervise unlicensed staff while taking on leadership tasks.

The role requires an RN license in the state, BLS, and at least two years of clinical experience; a strong communication and critical thinking skill set is essential for conflict resolution and high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years' clinical experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state and/or multistate license if in an NLC state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process in the home setting.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel and assume nursing accountability for a resident assignment.
• Participate in department/organizational task forces and committees.
