Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree or advanced clinical degree with two years lead experience in requirements for software in clinical/health IT or related area; or
• Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience as described above; or
• Satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.

• Assess, design, develop, and implement system-wide clinical information systems.
• Collect and transform large quantities of information into meaningful business requirements; develop and modify documentation.
• Document changes to baseline requirements; plan, coordinate and support testing and deployments.
• Provide training and mentorship for junior clinical business analysts and other project team members.
• Interview stakeholders and coordinate with project managers, programmers, and IT leadership.
