Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Clinical or Information Technology discipline preferred.
• 5-7 years supporting applications, project management and health system functions.
• PMP or other related professional certifications preferred.
• Formal training in Information Systems, desktop applications, databases, software development packages and programming languages preferred.
• Successful completion of training on Microsoft Windows operating system, Office applications, and assigned software applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects in one or more aspects of the information systems lifestyle, coordinates decisions with modules and IS management.
• Leads teams on project demands and serves as liaison between users and computer system vendors.
• Answers questions on system usage, configurations, and workflows with accurate, timely responses.
• Coaches analysts toward success by knowledge transfer and supportive behaviors.
• Implements go-live and upgrade activities, including training, testing and conversion, with on-site support.
