Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a data-related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, healthcare analytics, or related.
• 5+ years using Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Python, or R.
• 5+ years with analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization tools.
• 5+ years communicating technical findings to executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pharmacy claims, member, provider, financial, and operational data to identify trends.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting using BI tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and translate questions into data solutions.
• Perform root cause analyses to support quality, compliance, and cost-management initiatives.
• Develop SQL queries and data models to support reporting needs.
• Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained.
• Present findings to senior leadership with business focus.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve processes and automation.
• Mentor junior analysts on analytics best practices.
