Summary

As Rhode Island's largest health system and private employer, Brown University Health is dedicated to improving the health of our communities. We are seeking a Senior Clinical Programs Administrator in Providence, Rhode Island. You will plan, direct, and implement administrative and clinical activities for Hasbro Children’s Hospital Primary Care and Medicine Pediatrics, as well as Brown Health Medical Group Hasbro Primary Care clinics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing oversight of practice managers and clinical managers
• Leading development of care management, preventative health coordination, and clinical programming
• Leading coordination of quality and PCMH activities
• Overseeing nursing staff and developing onboarding processes for clinical staff
• Monitoring quality improvement reports and participating in staff hiring and supervision
• Managing clinical operating and grant budgets, and preparing reports for analysis
• Monitoring expense and revenue budgets monthly
• Maintaining knowledge of third-party regulations and analyzing space utilization

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field; graduate degree preferred
• At least 3 years of management experience within an ambulatory clinic or practice, emphasizing financial and people management
• Experience in primary care or community health centers preferred
• Knowledge of PCMH requirements and quality payment programs preferred
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
