Job summary

Oak Street Health seeks an Associate Practice Manager to lead operations at a single primary care clinic. You will supervise a multi-disciplinary team, drive patient satisfaction, and ensure clinical outcomes are met through established metrics and processes.

You’ll implement new initiatives, manage scheduling, and collaborate with the Center Medical Director to maintain a compliant, high-performing clinic. Fluency in Spanish is a plus and experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• US work authorization
• Proficient PC skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, occasional evenings

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic location
• Supervise a multi-disciplinary team of 15+ staff
• Ensure patient experience and clinical outcomes meet standards
• Implement in-clinic operational initiatives and training
• Coordinate scheduling and clinic coverage and monitor SOPs
