Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic location.
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical team members and drive patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Ensure clinic operates smoothly daily, with adequate staffing and adherence to SOPs.
• Improve patient experience and drive metrics for patient experience and clinical outcomes.
• Implement in-clinic operational initiatives and train staff on new workflows.
• Oversee patient scheduling and coordinate with Facilities for building issues.
• Utilize proprietary software, reporting systems, and EMR to monitor tasks.
• Partner with Medical Director and Outreach Manager to drive center profitability.
• Other duties as assigned.
