Rula is a remote-first company hiring in most U.S. states, excluding Hawaii. We are seeking a Sr.

Clinic Launch Associate to help open and operate physical clinics where therapists meet patients in person. You will prepare spaces, support therapists, coordinate vendors, and resolve day-to-day operations, helping build scalable launch processes for nationwide expansion. The role requires field readiness, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of swiftly removing roadblocks to keep

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in multi-site operations or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication; local point of contact for therapists.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and basic data visualization.
• Able to learn new software quickly (Ops App, Hex dashboard).
• Willingness to travel to other U.S. markets and stay on-site for weeks during launches.
• Capable of solving on-the-ground operational and administrative roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Open and operate clinics and prepare spaces for therapy sessions.
• Support therapists and coordinate vendors.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues on-site.
• Develop repeatable clinic-launch processes for expansion.
