Job summary

Rula is a remote-first company seeking a Sr. Clinic Launch Associate to open and operate physical clinics where therapists meet patients in person.

You will spend significant time in the field preparing new spaces, supporting therapists, coordinating vendors, and solving day-to-day operational challenges to enable successful launches. You will work with a collaborative team to shape how Rula’s clinics operate and build repeatable processes that support expansion nationwide, with a preference for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in multi-site operations or similar roles supporting physical locations
• Strong verbal and written communication; primary local point of contact for therapists
• Proficient in Google Sheets and basic data visualization
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly (Ops App, Hex dashboard, etc)
• Willingness to travel to other U.S. markets and stay on location for extended periods, ideally West Coast-based
• Proven ability to identify and resolve physical and administrative roadblocks with on-the-ground ownership

Responsibilities

• Prepare and launch new physical spaces for clinics
• Support therapists and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Support, Marketing, Provider Success)
• Coordinate vendors and manage day-to-day operational issues at launches
• Identify and resolve operational roadblocks and ensure durable solutions
