Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains flow of patient check-in and verifies demographic and insurance information.
• Answers phones, takes messages and assists with inquiries.
• Responds to requests for patient account corrections and maintenance.
• Schedules appointments according to physician guidelines.
• Collects time of service payments and prior balances; arranges payment plans as needed.
