Job summary

Longevity Partners in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead climate risk and resilience engagements for real asset clients. You will independently drive assessments, develop adaptation strategies, and mentor junior staff while growing the pipeline.

You'll apply knowledge of TCFD, ISSB, and CRREM frameworks, manage complex projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable climate resilience outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in climate risk or sustainability consulting.
• 2+ years leading project teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• SASB FSA Level II accreditation relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead climate risk assessments for assets and portfolios.
• Develop resilience roadmaps and adaptation plans.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client-ready deliverables.
• Engage clients, manage budgets, and drive business development.
