Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead climate resilience projects across Florida. The role focuses on connecting risk analysis with engineering teams, driving adaptation strategies, and guiding client communications.

The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership, independent work style, and willingness to travel within Florida, with exposure to business development activities in the resilience practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Stormwater, Civil, or Environmental Engineering
• 5-8 years of work experience
• Experience with climate change vulnerability and risk reduction strategies
• Proven capabilities for technical project delivery with interdisciplinary teams
• Experience with client interaction and traveling within Florida
• Strong written and verbal communication for presenting to non-technical audiences
• Commitment to QA/QC and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and project teams on risk assessment, adaptation options, and preliminary design
• Coordinate with risk analysis and engineering teams and communicate with clients
• Support business development in Florida, including conference presentations
• Prepare data visualizations, technical reports, and presentations
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
• Travel within Florida as required
