Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to support our Resilience Services Practice in Florida.

The role involves leading climate adaptation projects, guiding resilience investments, and coordinating between risk analysis and engineering teams while communicating with clients on risk reduction in infrastructure investments. The candidate should be self-starting, capable of working independently or remotely with a distributed team, and willing to travel within Florida.

Qualifications

• Proven technical leadership in resilience or related engineering fields.
• Experience delivering interdisciplinary projects with client interaction.
• Strong communication of complex analyses to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead climate adaptation projects and guide resilience investments.
• Coordinate risk analysis with engineering teams and clients.
• Develop data visualizations and technical reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC standards in data analysis and reporting.
• Travel within Florida to support projects as needed.
