Job summary

GFANZ is seeking a highly motivated financial policy expert to lead private capital mobilization initiatives and deliver on strategic and technical work within the Capital Mobilization team. You will drive research, develop policy proposals, and coordinate with GFANZ secretariat, MDBs/DFIs, and regional networks to unlock transition finance.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant professional experience in banking, finance or policy.
• Knowledge of development finance, climate finance, and international finance trends.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and create summaries.
• Experience working with public and private sector stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration across local and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-stakeholder forums on private capital mobilization.
