Job summary

Confluence Philanthropy in the Tri-State Area is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Climate Solutions Collaborative. You will provide the analytical foundation for a Net Zero Pathway, tracking policy changes, financing breakthroughs, and investment initiatives, and supporting members in their unique investment approaches.

The role offers opportunities for writing, network building, and professional growth, with travel as needed and telecommuting initially; reports to Senior Program

Qualifications

• MBA or related graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in climate-related finance or policy.
• Strong research, analytical, data and project management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-directed.
• Ability to build trust with investment professionals and leaders.
• Experience in small teams with limited admin support.
• Demonstrates discretion and professional poise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Climate Finance and Policy Research and Analysis: explain climate science, financial implications and Net Zero requirements; present findings clearly.
• Industry Tracking: scan trends, craft briefs and reports; post timely analysis on social media.
• Project Management: advance C2C programming and Net Zero pathway research and metrics.
• Membership Cultivation: support members, review applications, participate in events and outreach.
• C2C Convening: develop learning series; prepare materials and follow-up.
• Admin and Organizational Development: maintain member correspondence and assist with meetings and databases.
