Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with foundations and grants, climate & agriculture expertise.
• Strong collaboration, strategic leadership, and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilités

• Develops Climate & Agriculture strategies and funding programs.
• Guides leadership on emerging trends, policy developments, and opportunities.
• Builds strategic partnerships with environmental organizations, funders and practitioners.
• Shapes investment strategies, coalitions and cross-sector collaborations.
• Advises internal stakeholders on grantmaking and impact reporting.
• Supports grantee effectiveness through capacity-building initiatives.
