Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Client Servicing Specialist to act as a key escalation point for resolving complex client issues during onboarding and ongoing account management.

You will analyze statements and fees, reprice accounts, resolve billing inquiries, and provide technical support for POS terminals and payment gateways to ensure PCI compliance and a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with merchant services experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication.
• Experience with POS, gateways, and VAR integrations preferred.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance and back-office operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex client escalations across multiple channels to ensure a consistent experience.
• Provide onboarding support and ongoing servicing for new and existing accounts.
• Advise on chargebacks, billing discrepancies, and funding investigations.
• Offer advanced technical support for POS terminals, gateways, and VAR integrations.
