Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree required and five years of merchant services experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex client issues and escalations across channels during onboarding and ongoing servicing.
• Educate clients on best practices, system usage, and issue prevention.
• Provide technical support for POS terminals, gateways, and VAR integrations.
