Job summary

Huntington Bancshares Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Service Advisor to act as a key escalation point for complex client servicing issues.

You will support onboarding and ongoing account management, analyze statements, reprice accounts, and guide PCI compliance discussions to ensure a smooth client experience. You will provide advanced technical support for POS terminals, payment gateways, and VAR integrations, while collaborating with Sales and Operations to protect revenue and optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in merchant services or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex client issues across multiple channels with a focus on onboarding and ongoing servicing.
• Advise on chargebacks, billing discrepancies, and funding investigations.
• Provide advanced technical support for POS terminals, payment gateways, and VAR integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and third-party providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support activation, retention, and revenue protection initiatives.
