Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.
The position requires general business sense, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and a proven ability to understand and execute program initiatives. The primary duties include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisitions, assisting with existing client support tasks, and providing support to the Director level within the department.
This role may involve identifying new candidates for CGS prime and subcontracts, managing security processes, coordinating program kickoff and sustainment needs, and working with the Business Development department to identify and secure new bid opportunities. The position may also support proposal phases and contribute to operational project execution as a billable resource. It is designed to serve as a direct support role to the Director level within the Client Success team.
