Job summary

Future Creative is seeking a Sr. Client Success Manager to orchestrate campaign delivery from kickoff to wrap, coordinating across Sales, Editorial, Design, and AdOps using Asana.

You will serve as the primary client contact, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery and profitability. You will manage post-sale campaigns across branded content, video, and social activations, translate strategy into actionable plans, and drive performance insights directly to clients while exploring additional revenue

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in project management or post-sale account management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency using project management tools, specifically Asana.
• Experience executing post-sale digital campaigns, including custom content, video, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage client kickoffs and day-to-day client communication throughout campaign delivery.
• Maintain project timelines, task ownership, and milestones from kickoff through final wrap.
• Guide cross-functional coordination across Sales, Editorial, Design, and AdOps departments.
• Identify risks early and bring practical solutions to potential problems.
• Deliver campaign reporting, wrap documentation, and performance insights to clients.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities and provide your perspective to assist internal teams.
