Job summary

Future Creative, the global in-house agency for Future's campaigns, seeks a Sr. Client Success Manager in New York. You will drive campaign execution from kickoff to wrap, translate strategy into practical plans, and manage timelines with cross-functional teams.

You will be the primary client contact, overseeing campaigns across branded content, video, and social activations. Hybrid work includes 2 days in the NY office and 3 from home, with a salary range of $85,000–$95,000 and opportunities

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years in project management or post-sale account management.
• Proficient with Asana for cross-functional coordination.
• Experience executing post-sale digital campaigns, including branded content, video, and social.
• Knowledge of ad operations workflows, tracking, and delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campaign execution from kickoff through final wrap.
• Translate strategy into practical internal plans and manage timelines.
• Coordinate across Sales, Editorial, Design and AdOps using Asana.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage post-sale campaigns.
• Oversee budgets to maintain profitability and deliver performance insights.
• Identify upsell opportunities and work with internal teams.
