Sterling West Partners seeks a Customer Success Manager in Riverside, CA, for a full-time position. You will ensure client satisfaction and help achieve their business goals by collaborating with sales and product teams.

You will manage client relationships, monitor service usage, and address concerns. You will also gather feedback to improve our services and provide training to clients and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial services and investment management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the sales and product teams to address client concerns and develop solutions.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and ensure they understand our services and products.
• Provide training and support to client-facing teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
