Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in client success, account management, consulting, sales or related area with healthcare services exposure.
• Proven track record of driving client outcomes and revenue growth with executive-level relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet goals independently.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and growth across assigned accounts; identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships up to executive level.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation and adoption of CirrusMD platform.
• Develop and deliver ROI reports and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Support to ensure a seamless client experience.
