Job summary

Kyra, an enterprise influencer marketing platform, seeks a Client Partnerships lead to own brand accounts in CPG, beauty and sports. You’ll drive delivery, optimize performance, and grow revenue while coordinating across Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid and Product.

You will turn data into actionable plans, present KPI performance, and steer end-to-end delivery across seeding, paid and integrated campaigns to maintain margin and client impact.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years in influencer or creator marketing.
• Strong hands-on campaign experience with Meta and TikTok.
• Clear track record of account growth and retention with measurable results.
• Experience measured against revenue, retention or NRR targets.
• Leadership experience: running 1:1s, workload management, team performance support.
• AI-native: using AI tools daily for faster execution and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of brand accounts across CPG, beauty, and sports.
• Keep clients, grow them and run delivery cleanly.
• Keep the team aligned and efficient through better systems and technology.
• Be the connective tissue between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid and Product.
• Spot and fix drifts in performance, scope, relationship or margin.
