Kyra is seeking a Campaign Director to own a portfolio of client accounts and the delivering team. You will be the senior point of contact for clients, responsible for renewals, expansion, and revenue at risk, while guiding a Campaign Manager team to protect margins and timelines.

The role emphasizes leading strategic account plans, cross-functional collaboration, and robust delivery standards. EST-based with global delivery across three continents.

Formación

• Senior ownership of $500,000+ accounts, with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and the team that delivers them.
• Lead campaign delivery across the portfolio: on time, in scope, and against KPIs.
• Build and lead the Campaign Manager team: hiring, onboarding, coaching, progression.
• Own commercial terms, scope and budget, and executive reporting.
