You will support self-service transactions, deepen relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional client care. Weekend shifts apply where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and results-focused approach.
• Ability to learn, adapt to new information and platforms.
• Notary commission within a few months of start date (where required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients and uncover personal banking needs.
• Deepen client relationships by offering appropriate solutions and connecting clients to specialists.
• Support self-service and transactional activities with exceptional client care.
• Outreach via outbound calls and follow-up routines to strengthen engagement.
• Open accounts, maintain accounts, and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
