Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• NMLS licensing required after employment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close accounts and assist with account selections.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and know loan policies.
• Refer customers to partner teams for small business, mortgage, and advisory services.
