• Open/close accounts and ensure CIP/BSA compliance.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain loan portfolio knowledge.
• Refer clients to partner teams for small business, mortgage and advisory services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and training requirements.
• Process transactions accurately and professionally.
