Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Two years customer-facing experience.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) after employment.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Occasional travel for meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Build, expand, and retain client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Advise clients with Simmons financial solutions through daily interactions and events.
• Assist with opening/closing accounts and routine service requests.
• Refer clients to partner teams for small business, mortgage, and other advisory needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and comply with applicable laws and policies.
• Work toward achieving individual and branch goals.
