Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Lead Client Servicing Associate in Chicago to deliver top-tier operational support and strengthen relationships with global clients across investment accounting topics.

You will respond to inquiries about financial statements, analytics reporting, and investment data, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining rigorous accuracy and service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of investment accounting and financial statements.
• Experience with fixed income and equity investments; basic knowledge of alternative security types preferred.
• Experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries & requests across topics related to investment accounting and financial markets.
• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate with clients to build strong relationships and improve their Clearwater experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party sources and use internal tools for reconciling transactions.
• Navigate knowledge bases and documentation to proactively solve client queries.
• Manage workflow using productivity and quality metrics; prioritize high-importance tasks.
• Contribute to team and client projects with internal teams.
• Address complex client queries with guidance as needed.
• Assist in training, coaching, and supervising junior staff.
