• Compensation: $25.00-$26.50 per hour + $1,000 quarterly bonus

What you’ll do as the Senior Client Services Specialist:

• Communicate with clients externally via phone and email to support engagement, retention, and resolution of concerns
• Act as a backup for the primary phone line and shared email inboxes to ensure timely responses
• Proactively contact clients to support retention efforts
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for the Business Development and Marketing teams, aligning communication strategies and operational updates
• Maintain collaborative relationships across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor, track, and report on the daily progress of the Account Management Team, providing insights to leadership
• Oversee and manage workflow for the Account Management team, including delegation of tasks
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on completed Carrier Switches to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to service standards
• Review and take appropriate action on responses received through the Client Submission Form to ensure timely and effective follow-up
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across the Client Services department
• Identify and implement process improvements and procedural enhancements that support operational scalability, optimize team performance, and foster long-term growth

What you’ll bring to the Senior Client Services Specialist:

• Bachelors Degree or 5+ years experience in a call center or client services setting
• Experience in a team setting supporting business objectives including client retention
• Demonstrate deep expertise and high-quality judgment for decision-making
• Ability to solve problems independently and self-generate solutions to ambiguous problems
• Ability to identify issues and propose process improvements
• Ability and willingness to communicate externally
