Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to join our team, providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. You will communicate across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels while organizing and tracking multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and 5 years in financial services or client servicing, with SIE and Series 7 (and 63/65 where required).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in financial services or client servicing advantageous.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Excel for reporting and client data management.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for high-volume client interactions across phone, email, in-person, and virtual formats.
• Supports onboarding of new clients and servicing existing clients with the Financial Advisors.
• Prepares reports, monitors activities, and helps track key performance metrics.
• Maintains client information and documentation to meet firm and regulatory standards.
• Assists advisors with marketing efforts and client events.
