Job summary

Mittera Creative + Tech is seeking a Senior Client Services Specialist to manage complex customer accounts and print projects from order entry through production, delivery, and invoicing. You will be the primary day-to-day contact, coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Planning, Scheduling, Production, and Shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in customer service, account management, or project management in printing/direct mail manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes, estimating, scheduling, and quality requirements.
• Ability to manage a high volume of active jobs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical production instructions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and projects from initial request through invoicing and follow-up.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customers, communicating specifications, schedules, changes, and status.
• Review orders, artwork, data requirements, mailing instructions, samples, estimates, and shipping details for accuracy.
• Create and maintain clear job tickets, production instructions, and schedules communicating expectations to production teams.
• Coordinate with Sales and Estimating to confirm scope, quantities, materials, pricing, and outside purchases before work release.
• Coordinate with Planning, Scheduling, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Mailing, Fulfillment, Shipping to meet commitments.
• Monitor production progress, identify delays, communicate changes, and drive issue resolution.
• Initiate and document changes to scope, specifications, quantities, schedules, or materials; update pricing as needed.
• Review performance, costs, freight, and invoicing to support accurate closeout.
• Investigate customer concerns and quality issues; coordinate corrective actions and maintain professional communication.
