In conjunction with the GOS Senior Project Associate:

  • Assist with GOS accounts receivable, including tracking outstanding receivables, researching payment status, and coordinating follow-up as directed.
  • Support GOS accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and payment coordination.
  • Assist with vendor payments and co-broker payments, including gathering required documentation, tracking payment status, and helping resolve payment-related questions.
  • Support timely and accurate processing and tracking of receivables, vendor payments, and co-broker payments.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Serve as a flexible resource for the GOS team, providing support in areas experiencing increased volume or requiring additional assistance.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to projects, expenses, receivables, payables, and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Identify process gaps or opportunities for improved efficiency and communicate recommendations to the Director of Operations.
  • Build effective working relationships across GOS and other internal teams.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Qualifications:
