FEG Investment Advisors in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Client Service Manager to ensure daily back-office operations are completed accurately and timely. You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers, acting as the main contact for onboarding institutional relationships, and resolve client operational issues.
The role requires 8–10 years in the investment industry, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and SharePoint.
The Client Service Manager is a key member of Operations with the primary objective of ensuring that clients’ daily operational needs are accomplished timely and accurately. This individual serves as the client’s primary point of contact for daily back-office support by coordinating activities with internal teams and external service providers. The individual is an integral part of the implementation of investment decisions for client relationships and requires a strong background in financial operations to resolve account specific administrative and operational issues.
