Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in RIA or wealth management operations or client service roles.
• Strong experience with account servicing, custody platforms, and CRM workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Series 65 preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end account onboarding and maintenance.
• Serve as primary operator across custodial platforms.
• Execute complex service requests.
• Ensure CRM and Orion accuracy across workflows.
• Lead Orion administration and data quality.
• Maintain operational dashboards and reports.
• Train and mentor a junior Client Service Associate.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
