Job summary

WithCoverage is seeking a Lead Client Service Manager in Philadelphia to lead a high-value client portfolio within the Client Services team. You will mentor junior CSMs, partner with Risk Advisors, and drive strategic client initiatives while delivering best-in-class service. Strong insurance background and licensing are required.

The role emphasizes relationship leadership, data-driven stewardship, and collaboration with senior leaders to elevate client outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial insurance experience in Account Management or Client Services.
• Property & Casualty broker’s license required (or to be obtained within 60 days).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of complex, high-priority clients.
• Lead strategic client initiatives and mentor junior CSMs.
• Manage client open items, respond to ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely information flow.
• Contribute to renewal strategy discussions and provide market insights.
• Draft stewardship reports and client presentations; maintain high-quality client materials.
