Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a Sr. Client Service Representative in the Boston area to serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams. You will resolve inquiries, manage client relationships, and support product lines in Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferably in a business, finance, or accounting related concentration and/or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 3 years of Industry experience
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs
• Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of various securities options, accounting standards and ongoing regulatory changes required
• Strong ability to apply analytical skills to data, workflows, numeric information and problem solving
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to client inquiries daily
• Provide filtering and escalation for client inquiries
• Participate in scheduled client meetings as requested
• Assist in activities that support the measurement of Client Service Standards across BBH products
• Work effectively with internal departments or third-party providers to prioritize client requests, deliverables and issue resolution
• Execute reviews of internal reporting for assigned client relationships and elevate issues to the Client Service Supervisor
• Participate in team-based projects and audits
• Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to manage client inquiries
• Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and products
• Monitor receipt of client documentation and analyze exposure of missing documentation to BBH/client
