Job summary

CCIG is seeking a Client Service Team Leader - Diversified to lead a specialized vertical within the insurance practice. You will drive client retention, own a defined book of business, and manage a high-performing team while serving as a subject matter expert on industry trends and regulations.

The role requires leadership, strong relationship-building, and collaboration with producers and the sales team to grow revenue and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in the insurance industry.
Proven track record managing a book of business within a specialized vertical.
Active state insurance license(s) required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to meet goals.
Host and facilitate L10 meetings, aligning with EOS principles.
Own and manage a defined book of business, ensuring renewals and retention.
Coach and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the practice and cross-sell with producers.
